360 Vision Ltd. was founded by Conrad Freethy and Paul Baderman who continue to this day as the senior Directors running a unique and committed in-house team and a network of carefully selected freelancers.

	Paul Baderman has a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology. After several years practising as a Solicitor in London, Paul left the law to set up 360 Vision Ltd. with co-founder Conrad Freethy. Paul's passions include aviation, indian food ... and indian food!
	Conrad Freethy has a BA (Hons.) in European Business Administration and a Diplome d'Etudes Supérieures Européenes de Management from Reims Management School in France. Before setting up 360 Vision Ltd., Conrad worked for a variety of companies including Xerox and TUI. Conrad's cravings include red wine and adventure travel.
	Rachel Jordain is responsible for our freelancers and project management.
	Nicki Thomas oversees technical support and product development.
	Fiona Sheppard looks after our office administration and accounts.
