Established in 1987 as the world's first commercial DNA fingerprinting service, Cellmark has become one of the world's leading independent forensic DNA testing laboratories, with a history of providing the police with high quality forensic DNA analysis.

All air entering Cellmark's forensic laboratories is filtered to remove any particulates that may carry DNA. In addition, each laboratory is subjected to frequent air changes to remove any contamination that may be airborne. So strict is the regime, that our photographer was required to give a DNA sample and don protective clothing from head to foot whilst photographing the laboratories!

Following on from the virtual tour of their Oxfordshire laboratories we created in 2008, we returned to Cellmark to create a full screen, high definition, virtual tour of their news labs, opened in Lancashire in 2009.
